Frequently Asked Questions

What size storage do I need?

If your home is 1,000 square feet or less and  you are storing the entire contents, then a 10x10 is a good size for you.  If your home is larger, then you may need a larger unit.  We will guide you through the process and show you the many  options and sizes at our facility.

Do I need a climate controlled unit or not? And what is the difference?

"Climate Controlled" refers to a unit inside a hallway that has air conditioning and heating. "NON climate" refers to a unit that is NOT in a hallway and does not have heating and cooling. NON climate units are just like storing in a garage or an attic. Climate controlled units cost a bit more to rent.

Do I have 24 hour access to my unit?

NO. We allow our tenants access from 6 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week. The office is open 5 days a week.
Is there a minimum amount of time I have to stay in my unit?

NO. Our units are rented to customers on a month to month lease.  We do require a non-refundable administration fee with the first month's rent and you are required to sign a contract.

Do you sell boxes or packing supplies?


Will my stuff be safe?

We have a well lit storage facility that is gate controlled and has 24 hour security cameras .

Do I provide my own lock?

Yes. We also sell locks in the office.  It's your lock, your keys, your possessions.

What cannot be stored in my unit?

Texas Law prohibits the following:
- Fuels, food, all perishable items, fireworks, ammo, tires and batteries (new or used).
- Living or dead animals or creatures, illegal contraband or anything having a foul odor.
